The project brief involved the redevelopment of a prominent canal side site surrounded by high-rise residential development. The historic location was within the heart of the industrial foundries, some of which are present today.

The proposed scheme attempts to make reference to this history through materiality and form creating high quality canal side living.

The scheme is currently in consultation with the Local Authority and is due to be submitted for Full Planning in September 2021.
