The project involved the demolition of a former ATS Auto repair garage and the erection of a 3 storey apartment building with a mansard roof. The project underwent pre-app and planning consultation with Sandwell Council to refine the design approach ensuring the proposal enhanced the existing contextual character. The scheme comprises of a mixed tenure of 1 and 2 bed apartments with associated parking and residential amenity.
