A scheme delivered during employment as a Project Architect working for internationally renowned architectural practice AHR Global, the scheme involved a full refurbishment and part new build to an existing office building to create Grade A office space to let. The scheme involved a facelift and cantilevered extension to the front to increase floor area and create a dramatic appearance along the main street frontage. The scheme presented a number of issues technically and commercially and provided valuable experience in assessing the typical constraints involved with high-end commercial redevelopment.
