The project brief involved the full restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building and Historic Warehouse within the Conservation Area. A sympathetic considered approach through materiality and from attempts to mimic the existing geometry within the built form and ensures the historic aspects remain at the forefront of the site character. The scheme has recently been submitted for Full Planning in November 2021.
